Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports on outstanding and overdue receivables, DSO, cash flow, and credit losses.
You will work closely with the Shared Service Center to reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve financial discrepancies.
You will have regular contact with local and regional finance teams and other internal departments, and will be responsible for bi-weekly invoicing.
You will support customer master data management and build strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments and minimise risks.

Requirements

• Experience – Relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or order-to-cash processes.

• Language Skills – Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• Customer Orientation – Focused on client relationships with strong attention to detail.

• Communication Skills – Strong collaborator and team player.

• Technical Knowledge – SAP knowledge is a plus.
