Planning Manager

Your role
To support the expansion of their WTE projects, we – tHRee – are looking for an experienced Planning Manager.
You will oversee the global project schedule (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning), ensure deadlines are met and support the project management team with strategic insights.
Your responsibilities
Develop and manage Level 1 to 4 project schedules
Monitor actual progress vs contractual milestones
Identify critical paths, float, and schedule risks
Propose corrective actions and anticipate delays
Produce tracking tools: S-curves, load histograms, structured KPIs
Align planning across disciplines (engineering, procurement, construction)
Contribute to contractual planning clauses
Use Primavera P6 (or MS Project) for all scheduling activities
Support continuous improvement of planning tools and practices
Your profile
5–15 years of experience in planning complex industrial projects
Strong command of Primavera P6 (or MS Project – essential)
Knowledge of EPC life cycles (engineering, procurement, construction)
Able to structure WBS, manage interfaces and analyse critical paths
Skilled in producing high-level reports and dashboards
Excellent communicator with analytical mindset and proactive attitude
Fluent French – technical English preferred
