Property Manager - Real Estate Syndic
For a well-established property management office in Brussels, we – tHRee – are looking for an Experienced Property Manager (Syndic) who can independently manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings. You are the key point of contact for co-owners and residents, ensuring efficient and compliant management across technical, administrative and financial domains.

Your Responsibilities
Full management of a portfolio of buildings (co-ownership)
Organising and leading General Assemblies
Budgeting, cost monitoring and repair coordination
Managing contracts, insurance claims and maintenance follow-up
Regular communication with residents, suppliers and board members
Working with OPTIPRO or similar syndic software
Ensuring legal and technical compliance

Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as Syndic or Property Manager
Very good knowledge of French; basic Dutch required
Strong communication, autonomy and client orientation
Knowledge of Belgian co-ownership law and real estate procedures
Familiar with OPTIPRO or willing to learn quickly
Flexible schedule – evening meetings included
