For a dynamic real estate agency active in the Brussels region, we – tHRee – are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Advisor who is ready to make an impact in Anderlecht and Molenbeek. As the face of the neighbourhood, you build relationships, identify opportunities, and guide clients through one of life’s most important decisions: buying or selling a home. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your role while being supported by a professional team and experienced manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your client portfolio in the Anderlecht & Molenbeek area

  • Guide clients throughout the entire process: from first visit to negotiation and closing

  • Analyse property needs and provide tailored advice

  • Ensure accurate administrative follow-up of your files

  • Stay on top of market trends and increase your visibility in the region

  • Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere

Who are you?

  • You know Anderlecht & Molenbeek like the back of your hand

  • You are near-fluent in both Dutch and French – this is a must

  • You have strong commercial instincts and think in terms of opportunities

  • You’re flexible, available and understand that real estate doesn’t stick to office hours

  • You’re client-focused, reliable, and organised

  • You enjoy working independently but thrive in a team setting

  • Experience in real estate is a plus – but motivation and drive are key
