Store Manager

Job Description

As a shop assistant, you will welcome and guide customers in choosing pralines and chocolate gifts. You will fill ballotins, create customised gift boxes, and ensure an attractive store presentation.
You will also build long-term customer relationships, independently organise the daily store operations, and support promotional campaigns and seasonal collections.

Our client is a Belgian family-owned business with over 40 years of expertise in the artisanal production of pralines and chocolate gifts. From their shop in Grimbergen, they serve a loyal clientele that values quality, stylish gifts, and seasonal collections.
You will receive a full-time fixed-term contract (1 year) with the possibility to take over the store independently afterwards. The remuneration package is attractive and includes additional benefits in line with the sector. You will work in a warm, small-scale but professional environment where passion for chocolate takes centre stage.

Requirements

• Commercial mindset & customer focus – You inspire and assist customers in their choices.

• Independence & flexibility – You organise your work efficiently and adapt easily to busy moments or seasonal peaks.

• Language skills – You are fluent in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus.

• Passion for chocolate – You can share your enthusiasm with customers.

• Experience – Experience in retail or luxury sales is an asset, but not required.

• Well-groomed appearance – You are representative and have strong communication skills.
