What You’ll Do

At tHRee, we recruit on behalf of a visionary AI-powered sales tech company based in Ghent. Their solution helps salespeople book meetings, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and streamline sales workflows.

We are looking for a full-time Account Executive (hybrid) to manage enterprise accounts and lead deals end to end. You’ll work closely with a senior SDR and company leadership.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive new business in corporate accounts — manage the full sales funnel from demo to closing

  • Collaborate with the SDR on targeted outbound campaigns (quality over quantity)

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers

  • Demonstrate how the AI Assistant reduces time-consuming tasks for sales teams

  • Help co-design GTM (go-to-market) strategies with leadership

Who We’re After

  • 3+ years of proven results as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales

  • Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)

  • Experience with long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
