For an international player in environmental technology and waste management, we – tHRee – are looking for a precise and well-organised Administrative & Financial Assistant for the site in Groot-Bijgaarden.

Your Role
In this project support role, you are the key figure for administrative coordination within technical projects:
You manage incoming and outgoing project documentation.
You format, number and prepare documents according to project-specific standards.
You file digital documents via SharePoint and update tracking lists in Excel.
You handle uploading/downloading via client and supplier platforms.
You support the project team with day-to-day administration (planning, drafting, follow-up).
You ensure completeness, version control and proper archiving of all documents.
Your Profile
You have very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written.
You are proficient in MS Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams.
You are communicative, structured, proactive and independent.
You work with precision and have strong organisational skills.
Experience in a technical or project-driven environment is a strong plus.
