Sales & Customer Service Representative

Job Description

As an Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls from customers in Dutch and French, register and process orders, monitor deliveries and payments, and provide professional advice.
You will also contribute to problem-solving, collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, logistics and administration, and take part in an extensive training programme to become familiar with the product range.

Requirements

• Language Skills – You speak and write fluently in Dutch and French.

• Flexibility – You can work in a rotating schedule (6:30 - 15:30 / 7:30 - 16:30 / 8:30 - 17:30).
