In this role, you are the go-to person for all general administrative tasks. You play an essential part in the day-to-day operations and contribute to an efficient and well-structured office.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily administration: incoming mail, emails, calls, files, and correspondence

  • Organising client onboarding: requesting necessary documents and ensuring procedure follow-up

  • Scheduling and tracking appointments with clients and external partners

  • Maintaining and updating the archive system, including legal and administrative documents

  • Handling correspondence with authorities (e.g., tax services, social secretariats)

  • Providing support for HR administration where needed

  • Thinking one step ahead and taking initiative — not just executing, but actively improving where possible

Who we’re looking for

  • You have a degree in administration or equivalent experience

  • Experience in an administrative role within an accounting, financial or consulting firm is a strong asset

  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and administrative software

  • You are communicative, client-oriented, and well-organised

  • Language skills: you speak fluent Dutch and French; English is required for business correspondence

  • You work independently, take initiative and don’t wait for constant instructions to act
