In this role, you are the go-to person for all general administrative tasks. You play an essential part in the day-to-day operations and contribute to an efficient and well-structured office.

Your responsibilities include:
Managing daily administration: incoming mail, emails, calls, files, and correspondence
Organising client onboarding: requesting necessary documents and ensuring procedure follow-up
Scheduling and tracking appointments with clients and external partners
Maintaining and updating the archive system, including legal and administrative documents
Handling correspondence with authorities (e.g., tax services, social secretariats)
Providing support for HR administration where needed
Thinking one step ahead and taking initiative — not just executing, but actively improving where possible
Who we’re looking for
You have a degree in administration or equivalent experience
Experience in an administrative role within an accounting, financial or consulting firm is a strong asset
You are comfortable working with digital tools and administrative software
You are communicative, client-oriented, and well-organised
Language skills: you speak fluent Dutch and French; English is required for business correspondence
You work independently, take initiative and don’t wait for constant instructions to act
