Job Description


As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries about insurance policies, assist customers with claims, and provide support for administrative processes. You will proactively think along with customers, provide appropriate solutions to their questions and problems, and work closely with colleagues to continuously improve service.

Offer


Our client offers a full-time or part-time permanent contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Partial remote work is possible.
