Credit Controller

Your role

You play a key role in the financial administration and act as a point of contact for suppliers and internal departments:

• Reviewing and booking incoming invoices, credit notes and expense claims

• Allocating costs to the correct accounts, cost centers and periods

• Applying correct VAT rules

• Following up on approval workflows

• Managing supplier balances and financial transactions

• Communicating with suppliers via email and phone

• Handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

• Performing various administrative tasks related to accounting

Your profile

• Bachelor in Accountancy or equivalent through experience

• First experience in a similar role is a plus – recent graduates are welcome

• Strong analytical mindset and eye for detail

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel; ERP experience (MS Dynamics) is a bonus

• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset

• Independent, eager to learn, and a team player
