Insurance File Manager

Who are we looking for?

As an Insurance File Manager, you are the administrative and content anchor of the office. You support the commercial team and use your insurance knowledge to help clients quickly and accurately. You actively build your insurance expertise and manage assigned files independently. You process data precisely and ensure all documents are properly followed up. Thanks to your support, advisors can fully focus on their clients.

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Insurance, or equivalent experience in the field

• You are motivated and enthusiastic, always putting the client first

• You work in a precise and structured manner, and bring order to your files

• You are eager to learn and actively look for solutions

• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch; French is a plus

• You are a true team player and contribute to a smooth collaboration with commercial colleagues
