Project Controller
For a major player in infrastructure and technical project development, we – tHRee – are currently looking for a Project Controller to strengthen the financial management of ongoing operations. In this role, you will manage project budgets, produce regular financial reports, and provide the necessary insights to support decision-making. You act as a bridge between finance, project management and operational stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports by project
Monitor budgets, planning and financial forecasts
Analyse variances and propose process improvements
Liaise with project managers regarding progress, bottlenecks and risks
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closings
Support forecasting and long-term financial planning
Identify financial risks and advise relevant teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of project & finance processes

Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar
Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
Experience in project finance or controlling preferred
Hands-on mindset and excellent analytical skills
Able to collaborate with various stakeholders
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented
Experience with ERP or BI tools is a bonus
Affinity with technical/infrastructure environments is a plus
