Job Description

  • Independently manage files and draft deeds in various notarial legal areas (family law, corporate law, real estate law)

  • Provide legal advice and support clients with their legal questions and files

  • Maintain contact with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient follow-up

  • Apply and monitor relevant legislation and notarial procedures

  • Translate complex legal language into accessible and understandable communication

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Law or Notarial Law

  • Native Dutch speaker with good command of French (spoken and written)

  • Previous experience in a notary office is an asset

  • Able to work independently and accurately, while being a real team player

  • Client-focused, discreet, and strong in communication

  • Proficient in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new systems

  • Eager to learn and share knowledge with colleagues
