Independently manage files and draft deeds in various notarial legal areas (family law, corporate law, real estate law)
Provide legal advice and support clients with their legal questions and files
Maintain contact with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient follow-up
Apply and monitor relevant legislation and notarial procedures
Translate complex legal language into accessible and understandable communication

Requirements
Master's degree in Law or Notarial Law
Native Dutch speaker with good command of French (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a notary office is an asset
Able to work independently and accurately, while being a real team player
Client-focused, discreet, and strong in communication
Proficient in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office) and willing to learn new systems
Eager to learn and share knowledge with colleagues
