For our client, a modern bailiff and legal services office, we – tHRee – are looking for an Administrative Officer to strengthen the team in Forest (Brussels). You support the daily operations of the office and ensure accurate administrative follow-up of files and internal processes. You will work in a professional environment where discretion, teamwork and accuracy are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and act as the first point of contact for clients and external parties
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Provide administrative follow-up of files
Accurately enter and manage data in the management system
Digitise and archive documents
Support legal staff and bailiffs in their daily activities
Collaborate with different internal departments
Contribute to efficient and smooth administrative workflows
