For a leading international player in gaming, logistics, and real estate, we are looking for an Electrical Team Lead to coordinate a team of in-house electricians and manage subcontractor collaboration across Belgium.

Job Description
As Electrical Team Lead, you will be the link between internal technical operations and external contractors. You will supervise a team of 3 in-house electricians and oversee:

Dispatching and follow-up of intervention requests via the “Hello Houston” helpdesk
Preparation and follow-up of electrical works on construction, renovation, and installation projects
Material orders and stock coordination (notably in Mechelen)
Compliance with project specifications in close collaboration with the Projects team and Facility
Structuring of the electrical inventory (currently no formal tracking)
Participation in the weekly team meeting and 1-on-1s to prepare the upcoming week

You will work full-time and be regularly on the move across various sites (game rooms, warehouses, buildings). There is no formal on-call system, but some availability for urgent interventions outside regular hours may be required.

Requirements

Technical knowledge – Solid background in electricity (RGIE 2020), BA5 certified
Leadership – Proven experience managing a small team and subcontractors
Languages – French ; Good knowledge of Dutch is highly recommended; English is an asset
Soft skills – Communicative, structured, stress-resistant, flexible
Project skills – Able to run and deliver projects from scratch
Mobility – Willingness to travel across various sites in Belgium
