Instrumentation & Electrical Works Supervisor
Our client is looking for an Instrumentation & Electrical Works Supervisor to oversee site activities related to instrumentation and electrical systems during the construction of waste-to-energy (WTE) plants. You will be responsible for supervising installation works on-site, ensuring execution quality, regulatory compliance, schedule adherence, and coordination between construction teams, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.

Your Responsibilities
Supervise instrumentation and low/high-voltage electrical works on-site
Ensure compliance with execution plans, P&ID, electrical diagrams, and specifications
Guarantee adherence to safety, HSE, and regulatory standards (ATEX, ICPE...)
Oversee subcontractor work, quality control, and site coordination
Support commissioning and testing activities
Report progress, deviations, and propose corrective measures
Act as key contact for engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams on-site

Your Profile
Engineering degree (electrical, instrumentation, automation)
5–10 years of experience supervising works on industrial sites (WTE, thermal, process)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and relevant standards
Comfortable reading P&ID, electrical plans, execution documents
HSE mindset, hands-on, structured and precise
Fluent French; technical English for supplier/partner communication
