Instrumentation & Electrical Works Supervisor

Our client is looking for an Instrumentation & Electrical Works Supervisor to oversee site activities related to instrumentation and electrical systems during the construction of waste-to-energy (WTE) plants. You will be responsible for supervising installation works on-site, ensuring execution quality, regulatory compliance, schedule adherence, and coordination between construction teams, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise instrumentation and low/high-voltage electrical works on-site

  • Ensure compliance with execution plans, P&ID, electrical diagrams, and specifications

  • Guarantee adherence to safety, HSE, and regulatory standards (ATEX, ICPE...)

  • Oversee subcontractor work, quality control, and site coordination

  • Support commissioning and testing activities

  • Report progress, deviations, and propose corrective measures

  • Act as key contact for engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams on-site

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree (electrical, instrumentation, automation)

  • 5–10 years of experience supervising works on industrial sites (WTE, thermal, process)

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and relevant standards

  • Comfortable reading P&ID, electrical plans, execution documents

  • HSE mindset, hands-on, structured and precise

  • Fluent French; technical English for supplier/partner communication
