For our client, a leading company in telecom and energy infrastructure, we – tHRee – are looking for a Prevention Advisor Level 2.

In this role, you contribute to the further development and implementation of the organisation’s safety and prevention strategy.
You analyse risks, monitor safety and wellbeing standards, and actively help strengthen the safety culture across multiple sites in Belgium.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct risk analyses and safety inspections
Follow up on incidents and ensure compliance with procedures and standards
Report on safety incidents, performance indicators and follow-up actions
Communicate and promote prevention policies among employees
Manage administrative documentation and support audit preparation
Assist with internal QHSE audit processes
Act as contact person for several Belgian locations
Contribute to improving practical safety solutions

Your Profile
At least 2 years of experience in prevention, safety or QHSE
Prevention Advisor Level 2 certificate or willingness to obtain it
Fluent Dutch with very good French and English
Strong analytical and critical mindset
Skilled in reporting and administrative follow-up
Willing to work between the headquarters in Kontich and other Belgian locations
