To support its growing HSE framework, our client – a key player in telecom and energy infrastructure across Belgium – is looking for a Prevention Advisor Level 2. You will help shape and implement the organisation’s prevention and safety policy, ensuring compliance, awareness, and risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Your Responsibilities
Conduct risk analyses, site inspections and incident follow-up
Prepare internal and external reports on safety and incidents
Raise awareness and communicate prevention policy across teams
Manage prevention documentation and support audit processes
Act as safety point of contact for multiple sites in Belgium
Propose and implement practical safety and wellbeing solutions

Your Profile
At least 2 years’ experience in prevention, HSE or safety roles
Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 or willing to obtain it
Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Critical thinker, structured and autonomous
Willingness to travel between Kontich HQ and project locations in Belgium
