Your role
As part of their growth, we – tHRee – are looking for a technically skilled Project Engineer (mid-senior level) with a strong interest in integration, software configuration and technical problem solving. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) projects, integrating access control, CCTV, intrusion and fire detection systems into one unified platform.
Responsibilities
Lead integration projects from need analysis to go-live
Configure, test and validate system integrations and devices
Develop low-code/no-code scripts for automation and workflows
Solve complex technical challenges and document your findings
Support clients and train end-users or partners when needed
Write and maintain clear technical documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, developers, partners) in a structured way
Profile
3–6 years experience in project engineering or similar technical role
Technical skills: .NET, C#, WPF, XAML, SQL Server, TCP/IP, debugging (Wireshark/Fiddler)
Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, DCS/PLC systems is a strong plus
Interest in physical security protocols: BACnet, KNX, OPC UA, Modbus…
Hands-on, communicative and comfortable working autonomously
Languages: Dutch and/or English fluently. Extra languages are a plus
