Quotation Engineer

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing quotation requests, technical specifications, and tender documents

• Independently carrying out cost calculations (materials, labor, logistics, safety requirements)

• Preparing tailor-made quotations in line with legislation, standards, safety, and environmental guidelines

• Conducting site visits to measure installations and assess on-site conditions

• Contributing to efficient and innovative solutions (e.g., energy-saving measures, optimized installation configurations)

• Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors for price inquiries and monitoring delivery times for quotations

• Attending client meetings during the bidding process or when discussing technical feasibility

Profile

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering (electromechanics, HVAC, electrical engineering) or a professional bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

• Flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects and quotations

• Results-driven: motivated to see projects completed and quotations delivered on time and with precision

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch; good knowledge of French is a clear asset; English is valuable for technical specifications and/or international suppliers
