Field Service Technician – Optical Equipment
For a leader in high-end optical measurement equipment and technical services, we – tHRee – are recruiting a Field Service Technician who will operate both on-site (70%) and remotely (30%). You’ll be the technical face of the company for installations, repairs, and proactive support of optical devices used by opticians and eye-care professionals across Belgium.

Your Responsibilities
Diagnose and carry out repairs, maintenance & calibration on-site
Provide remote support and first/second line troubleshooting
Plan and perform on-site interventions when required
Inform clients about updates, upgrades and service contracts
Execute software updates remotely or during visits
Administer technical documentation and spare parts orders
Act as liaison between client expectations and internal teams
Contribute to continuous service improvement

Your Profile
Technical degree (electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, etc.)
Experience in technical service, field interventions or helpdesk
Strong customer communication and diagnostic skills
Fluent in Dutch and French – English is a plus
Familiar with ICT networks and diagnostic tools
Proactive, organized, solution-oriented and mobile
Bonus: experience with optical or medical instruments
