Field Service Technician – Optical Equipment

Your Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and technical interventions (repair, maintenance, calibration)

• Analyse and solve issues remotely where possible

• Plan and execute on-site interventions

• Inform clients about products, upgrades and maintenance contracts

• Update equipment software

• Follow up interventions administratively and order parts

• Act as a link between customers and internal teams

• Contribute to continuous service improvement

Your Profile

• Experience in technical installation, maintenance or field service

• Technical degree (electromechanics, electronics, mechatronics or similar)

• Affinity with IT, networks and software

• Strong communication and customer skills

• Good knowledge of Dutch and French, English is a plus

• Organised, proactive and solution-oriented

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Willing to travel frequently

Nice to Have

• Experience with optical or medical equipment

• Basic IT skills and interest in technology
