For our client, a specialised bailiff office with a strong legal focus, we – tHRee – are looking for a Paralegal for the office in Forest (Brussels). You support bailiffs and legal colleagues in the management of files and legal procedures. You will work in an environment where legal expertise, accuracy and file management are key priorities.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and follow up legal files and procedures
Prepare service of process and enforcement actions
Conduct legal research and analysis
Provide administrative support for legal and judicial procedures
Draft and process legal documents and correspondence
Collaborate closely with bailiffs and legal professionals
Monitor legal deadlines and file milestones
Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes

Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Master's degree in Law, or equivalent legal experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is a strong asset
Interest in legal procedures and file management
Accurate, discreet and well organised
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Proactive and collaborative mindset
Good command of French, Dutch is a major asset
Experience within a bailiff office, notary office or law firm is a plus
Diplomatic personality with a professional attitude
