Paralegal (M/F/X)

You support bailiffs and legal colleagues in managing legal files and procedures. You will work in an environment where legal expertise, accuracy and thorough file management are key priorities.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up legal files

• Prepare service of legal documents and enforcement procedures

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Provide administrative support for legal and judicial proceedings

• Draft and process legal documents and correspondence

• Collaborate with bailiffs and other legal professionals

• Monitor statutory deadlines and file-related due dates

• Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Master's degree in Law, or relevant experience in the legal sector

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is a strong asset

• Interest in legal procedures and file management

• Accurate, discreet and well-organised

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility

• Proactive and collaborative mindset

• Good command of French; knowledge of Dutch is a major asset

• Experience within a bailiff's office, notary office or law firm is an advantage

• Diplomatic personality with a professional and constructive approach
