Paralegal (M/F/X)

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up legal files and procedures

• Prepare service of process and enforcement actions

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Provide administrative support for legal and judicial procedures

• Draft and process legal documents and correspondence

• Collaborate closely with bailiffs and legal professionals

• Monitor legal deadlines and file milestones

• Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice, Master's degree in Law, or equivalent legal experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is a strong asset

• Interest in legal procedures and file management

• Accurate, discreet and well organised

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility

• Proactive and collaborative mindset

• Good command of French, Dutch is a major asset

• Experience within a bailiff office, notary office or law firm is a plus

• Diplomatic personality with a professional attitude
