SME Insurance Administrator

For our client, an independent and locally established insurance brokerage firm, we – tHRee – are looking for an SME Insurance Administrator.

In this role, you support the managing director and commercial team in handling SME clients. You combine administrative accuracy with technical insurance knowledge and act as a key contact for local entrepreneurs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drafting and updating SME policies (fire, liability, operational liability, workers’ compensation, fleet…)

  • Requesting and comparing quotations from insurance companies

  • Analysing risks and preparing coverage proposals

  • Managing files from A to Z

  • Preparing commercial meetings and renewals

  • Maintaining direct contact with clients and insurers

  • Accurate administrative processing in the management system

  • Identifying optimisation opportunities and additional coverage needs

You work closely with the managing director and build long-term relationships with business clients.

Your Profile

  • Dutch-speaking with good knowledge of English

  • Experience in an insurance brokerage (preferably SME files)

  • Strong knowledge of non-life insurance (BOAR)

  • Structured and administratively strong

  • Comfortable with direct client interaction

  • Analytical mindset for proper risk assessment

  • Relationship-driven and advisory approach

  • Stable career path with long-term focus

  • PCP certificate or willingness to obtain it is a plus
