Senior Claims Manager

You take on a key role in managing complex claims files and act as the internal technical reference. You combine strong technical expertise with client-oriented advice and negotiate directly with insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently managing complex non-life (BOAR) claims

• Analysing policy terms and coverage

• Maintaining contact with experts, insurers and clients

• Attending expert assessments when required

• Negotiating claim settlements

• Ensuring accurate and timely file follow-up

• Providing internal technical support to colleagues

• Contributing to quality control and knowledge development

You build long-term client relationships and ensure transparent, professional and human follow-up.

Your Profile

• Dutch-speaking with good knowledge of English

• Proven experience as a claims manager within a brokerage firm

• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance (BOAR)

• Experience handling complex files and negotiations

• Structured and administratively precise

• Comfortable in direct client contact

• Relationship-driven and advisory mindset

• Discreet and responsible

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
